Abstract

The article presents the preliminary results of the study of the craniological
materials from the cemetery of the Derbent garrison of the Nizovyj korpus. The
excavation of the graveyard took place in 2014 We made an analysis of both standard
craniological features and generalized parameters of the brain skull, as well as
a comparison with the materials of Russian provinces published by V.P. Alekseev.
