Abstract

Traditional Chinese medicine is an officially recognized practice in the PRC and is part of the national health care system. Future medical workers in the field of TCM are trained in specialized universities. A student can obtain a bachelor's degree, upon which he has the right to officially work as a TCM doctor. It is possible to obtain a master's and doctor's degree. This text describes a TCM university in Henan province, one of the largest in the PRC.
