Abstract

The author presents an overview of two issues of the new journal “History of Medicine” targeted at interdisciplinary research. Having considered a number of articles, she comes to the conclusion that different disciplinary approaches and views in the journal do not contradict and do not deny one another, but offer rich and complementary perspectives for consideration of the same problem. This multidisciplinary discussion platform is flexible enough to give voice to all existing points of view.
